To search for domestic tickets within Vietnam, you will need to choose your desired  departure and arrival city, flight time and ticket type for one-way or return. Then, please select fare from the available price (Economy class or Business class) and schedule options and proceed to bookings or call us at (+84).165.229.55.99, or email the following information to booking@vietnamflight.net with the following details:

• Name of passengers (as it appears on passports)
• Passport number
• Your nationality
• The exact dates of travelling
• Your preferred flight(s) or expected time
• Type of ticket you would require (Economy class or Business class)
• The payment method you would choose (your name on credit card & billing address if payment by credit card)
• Number of children (noted with ages at the time of travel) accompanied (if any)

2. Customers outside Vietnam:
For customers outside Vietnam who purchase services prior to arrival in Vietnam, we can only accept payment by credit card bank transfer and Western Union; we cannot accept cash at the time of a later delivery.
- Credit Card: You can purchase directly on our website, or we can provide you with a secure link after the services have been confirmed. In both ways, we will only proceed with the payment after reconfirming with you. For your protection, for a large purchase amount of 1000USD and above, we will need you to send us a legal identification (e.g. passport, drivers’ license) and your credit card scan copies before charging your credit card. We will inform you in advance of purchase of any credit card fees that may apply.
- Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from your bank account abroad. We will provide you with our banking details at the time of confirmation of the booking.
- Western Union: We can accept payment through any banks worldwide using Western Union service. We will send you our receipt details and then will need the control number from you in order to finalize the receipt of payment.

If you need to make changes or cancel your itinerary, please contact a customer service representative directly by phone at +84.165.229.55.99 if less than 24 hours in advance and by email to booking@vietnamflight.net or phone if more than 24 hours in advance. Please do let us know the flight booking code with us for this changes or cancellation. Charges will depend on the policies of the airlines with which you are booked. We will inform the cancellation policy of the airline before you purchase your tickets.

“Electronic air ticket”: is a ticket in electronic form, including all information pertaining to the usage of carriage services of airlines instead of paper ticket. Electronic ticket (E-ticket) has all information as shown in the paper ticket of airlines and airlines takes the responsibility to store the E-ticket data base and guarantees smooth travel for passengers.

Unless specified otherwise, our prices are quoted in US dollars. The fares rates are for one way or two ways/ round trip, either Economy class or Business class, including airport tax, airport fees and service charge.

Passengers need to be present at the air port to check-in at following period of time:
-    For international flight: From 2 hours before estimated time of departure (ETD), from 3 hours before estimated time of departure (ETD) for Boeing 777’s flights departuring from Hanoi. Check-in procedure for those flights will be finished 40 minutes before estimated time of departure (ETD), 50 minutes before estimated time of departure (ETD) for Boeing 777’s flight departuring from Hanoi.
-    For domestic flights: From 2 hours before estimated time of departure (ETD). Check-in procedure for those flights will be finished 30 minutes before estimated time of departure (ETD).

- Business  class: The maximum of weight for a piece of baggage is 30 kgs.
For only routing Vietnam – Australia, Vietnam – Russia, Vietnam – France, Vietnam – Germany, the maximum of weight of weight for a piece of baggage is 40 kgs.

- Economy class: The maximum of weight for a piece of baggage is 20 kgs.
For only routing Vietnam-Australia, Vietnam-Russia, Vietnam-France, Vietnam-Germany, the maximum weight for a piece of baggage is 30 kgs.
Baggage of which the weight exceed 32 kgs, the sum of three dimensions exceed 203 cms shall not be carried as accompanied baggage unless prior arrangement have been made.
